Ilfochrome Prints

Our Ilfochrome prints are produced by Chrome, Inc. in Washington, DC. Chrome is known for its outstanding, quality and was Fred Maroon's lab of choice.

Ilfochrome Prints are made directly from slides or transparencies, without the need for an internegative. This direct positive process provides superior color saturation, sharpness and color accuracy. Chrome uses only Ilford's premium papers and chemistry (Ilfochrome Deluxe) to produce exhibition-quality prints which match the crisp feel and vivid color of the original transparency. Ilfochrome prints are also recognized as having superb resistance to fading. All prints are created individually under the review of Maroon Photography.
